Reserve Resource is operated by Jack Jack Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

Applications for the closed beta are open, but every account requires approval before product access is enabled. Access is presently complimentary for approved testers and no payment details are collected. You must provide accurate application information, keep authentication credentials secure and promptly tell the operator if you suspect unauthorised account use. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

Pricing shown on the site is intended future introductory pricing for when paid subscriptions launch. It is not an active subscription offer, checkout or payment obligation during the complimentary closed beta.

Subject to these terms, you may use the site and its provided exports for personal or internal business research during the beta. This is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission; it does not transfer ownership of the site, database or derived material.

Everything on this site is provided for general information only. Nothing here is financial product advice, investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We do not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account.

The figures are extracted from public company filings using model extraction, deterministic checks, complete source-based Codex review and operator-controlled publication, but may still contain errors — including transcription mistakes, unit mix-ups, omissions or stale data. Always verify any figure against the linked primary source before relying on it; do not rely on this site as your only source for any decision.

Features, coverage and data may change during the beta. The service may be unavailable, delayed or withdrawn, and stored preferences may be reset. We do not promise continuous availability, complete market coverage, a particular refresh frequency or continued access after the beta. Where practical, material service changes will be communicated to active testers.

The data and the site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Without our prior written consent, you must not scrape, crawl or otherwise automatically extract data from the site; bulk-download the data; redistribute, republish or commercially resell the data; or circumvent any access controls or rate limits. Ordinary personal and internal research use — including linking to pages and using the provided exports — is fine.

The Privacy notice explains the personal information used to administer accounts, operate the beta, deliver account messages, monitor errors and understand aggregate usage. By submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

If you choose to send product or data feedback, you permit us to use, reproduce and adapt it without payment to diagnose issues and improve the service. Do not include confidential information, personal financial information, credentials or material you are not entitled to share.

The compilation, normalisation and presentation of the data — the database structure, derived figures, page design and code — are ours. The underlying filings and disclosures remain the property of their issuers and the exchanges they were lodged with; we claim no ownership over them, and every estimate links back to its source document.

Market data (share prices, shares outstanding, commodity spot quotes) comes from public sources including Yahoo Finance. Company filings are sourced from public disclosure systems including ASX, SEC EDGAR and the LSE's RNS. All third-party data is provided without endorsement by — or affiliation with — those sources, and their own terms apply to the original material.

Links to issuer filings, regulators, exchanges and other third-party sites are provided for provenance and convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or terms. Opening an external link is subject to the third party's own policies.

We may reject an application or suspend or end access where needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to legal or security risk, or conclude the beta. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure through the contact channel in the Privacy notice. Provisions that by their nature should continue — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law — survive termination.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the beta, risk or applicable law. This page identifies the current version. Where reasonably practicable, active testers will receive notice of a material change before it takes effect. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the service. Changes do not apply retrospectively unless the law requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts competent to hear appeals from them.
