This notice describes the limited account and diagnostic data used to operate the gated beta. Legal wording remains subject to external review.

Account data

The beta requires an email address, name and organisation. We also store account status, role, settings, watchlist membership and an append-only record of administrative account decisions. Access is limited to operating and protecting the service.

Diagnostics and analytics

We use Sentry for errors and feedback and Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate pageviews. Diagnostic events may include a generated internal user identifier and safe route or entity identifiers. They must not include passwords, session tokens, cookies, private source document contents or equivalent-price settings.

Feedback screenshots and Session Replay are disabled for the initial beta. We do not configure custom analytics events at launch.

Source documents

Stored copies of source documents are available only to authorised beta users through protected delivery routes. Original issuer and regulator links may remain available at their public destinations.
